You can do this exercise just about anywhere that you are, you can even do this on the way to work if you are standing on the bus. All you have to do is lift your body weight onto your toes. If you want to really add some extra to it you can hold some weights in your hands.
Even if you aren't doing specific exercises that work on your cankles they are going to allow your body weight to go down so this is going to help your ankles to thin down along with the rest of your body. Some women just have the problem of gaining fat on their ankles.
You may also have water retention in your ankles so make sure that you drink plenty of water and cleanse your system through. Don't take in a lot of salt either or you are going to make your water retention much worse.
When you get to work on your legs with cankles exercises you are going to be surprised at how quickly they start to take shape and your cankles start to fade away.
