If you're waking up every morning and you're a little concerned about what you see, you can put yourself on a path of learning how to lose fat fast without even having to consider spending your money on any of the various quick weight loss programs.
Now, the plan I'm going to share with you definitely works but it is not for the faint-hearted. Also, you need to get medical clearance before you try this or any other diet; I've never had any health problems or suffered any side effects with it, but I've always included a good multivitamin anytime I'm trying to lose weight.
In this effective "no-name" diet, I only use one different type of meal each for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a total of 3 different meals, then I change it up a little bit without going overboard on the weekend. This is guaranteed to reduce your waist size at least one size every month. Bear in mind I also eat small meals 5-6 times a day
Here are the meals:
For Breakfast - 2 packets of "Kashi" brand Vanilla Flavored Oatmeal with 1 cup of Fat Free Milk. This breakfast gives you a whopping 25 grams of protein, just enough carbs, and virtually zero fat to start the day!
In Between Snack - an apple, banana, 1/2 cup unsalted pistachios, or a granola bar.
For Lunch - Sliced low sodium turkey with fat free American cheese in 2 low carb wraps. You can add lettuce or tomato if you want.
In Between Snack - same as above-mentioned snack
For Dinner - 2 "Boca Burger" Vegan soy burgers with fat free American cheese in a low carb wrap.
If You Can't Sleep Because You're Too Hungry Snack - A plain 8 oz. glass of fat free milk.
Fat free milk has changed for the better over the last few years; it actually almost tastes like 1 or 2%, and after a few cups, you actually get used to it.
Also, anytime I feel a craving for sweets I either have a low fat yogurt or 2 Hershey's Kisses which I keep waiting for me in the fridge.
Now that's what I call a sweet diet that actually works. The only drawback is you eat pretty much the same thing Monday through Friday; but you can change it on the weekend by eating healthy, low fat foods.
In the end, every person trying to figure out how to lose fat fast can find out what works for them if they experiment a little. So feel free to use this sample as a starting guide; who knows, you may not have to spend a lot of money on any of the quick weight loss programs to reach your goals.
